Facilities include: Automatic spring coiler’s to handle wire from 0.10mm to 1.80mm Lathes for coiling wire 2.5mm to 12.00mm Electric furnaces and oven for controlled Heat Treatment, Tooling, Shafting. Jig’s fixture for short run production & specially springs, Digital Manufacturing tester etc..
